Airbot Malaysia Return & Refund Policy

1. Policy Coverage

This policy applies to purchases made:

  • On Airbot Malaysia’s official online store
  • From Airbot authorized resellers or retail outlets
  • Through Airbot Malaysia’s official e-commerce channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
2. Acceptable Return Reasons

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product differs materially from its online description
  • The product has verified manufacturing defects or faults
  • The product is tested and confirmed to be non-functional upon unboxing
3. Mandatory Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt)
  • Product must be in new, unopened, and unused condition with:
    • Original packaging and accessories
    • User manuals and warranty cards
    • Unused complimentary gifts (if any)
    • No installation or prior use
4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used products that match the order
  • Installed or mounted items (e.g., TV brackets)
  • Change of mind regarding model, size, or color
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling

6. Return Process (Malaysia)

Step 1 – Contact Customer Support:

    Public Holidays: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Step 2 – Prepare Your Return:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Include your name, contact number, and order number inside the parcel

Step 3 – Ship the Product:

  • Customers are required to use a trackable courier service (e.g., J&T Express, Ninja Van, PosLaju, Lalamove)
  • Ship to the official Malaysia Service Center address:

Step 4 – Notify Airbot:

7. Inspection & Refund Confirmation

After receiving the returned item, our technical team will inspect and verify its condition. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days after inspection.

If the item does not meet return conditions, the product will be returned to the customer, and related shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
