General Terms & Conditions (Malaysia)
A. Overview
This website and related services are operated by Airbot Malaysia (“Airbot”, “we”, “us”, “our”), managed by Airbot Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. We provide the website, online store, and the Airbot Connect mobile application (together, the “Service”) to you, the user (“User”), subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing the Service or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies linked herein.
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, and content contributors. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
We may update, revise, or replace any part of the Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
E-commerce Platforms: Airbot Malaysia operates through third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) and our own Shopify store. Purchases on these platforms are also governed by each platform’s respective terms and policies.
B. Acceptable Use & Termination
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian laws, including intellectual property, trade, and consumer protection regulations. You must not attempt to disrupt or bypass any security or authentication systems on our Service.
Termination for Breach
Violation of these Terms constitutes a material breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of these Terms.
C. Pricing, Modifications & Liability
Pricing Changes
All product prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or tax changes.
Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service without prior notice, including product lines, promotions, or availability.
Limitation of Liability (General)
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Airbot Malaysia will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from pricing adjustments, service interruptions, or product discontinuations.
D. Information Accuracy & Corrections
Information on the Service (including product details, specifications, pricing, and promotions) may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders based on such errors at any time, without prior notice.
We are under no obligation to update information unless required by Malaysian consumer protection law. Any “last updated” date shown does not imply that all content has been changed.
E. Service Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that our Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Airbot may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or system issues.
User Responsibility & Warranty Exclusion
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantable quality, fitness for purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability (Damages)
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Airbot and its employees, officers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or products.
Jurisdictional compliance: Where Malaysian law prohibits limitation of certain liabilities, Airbot’s liability will be restricted to the extent allowed by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Sale of Goods Act 1957.
F. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airbot Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) violation of Malaysian law; or (iii) infringement of third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of the Service.
G. Governing Law
These Terms and all related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
H. Amendments to These Terms
Airbot Malaysia reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
I. Return Policy (Summary)
Pre-Purchase Checklist
- Ensure product dimensions suit your intended space.
- Verify compatibility (for digital locks, TV brackets, etc.) before purchase.
- Confirm wall type and condition for TV installations.

Acceptable Return Reasons (within 7 calendar days of delivery)
- Incorrect item received.
- Product differs materially from the website description.
Mandatory Return Conditions
- Provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
- Product must be new and unopened with:
- Original packaging and accessories,
- Manuals/warranty cards,
- Unused gifts or promotional items.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Opened or used items (if correct product delivered).
- Change-of-mind (size, color, or model preferences).
- Installed TV brackets or wall-mounted items.
