Airbot Malaysia TV Installation & Service Terms & Conditions

1. Wall Mount Height Restrictions & Fee

1.1 TVs ≤ 65 inches

  • Maximum standard mounting height: 180cm from bottom of TV.

Excess Height Surcharges:

  • 181cm–220cm: +RM66
  • 221cm–260cm: +RM132
  • 261cm–300cm: +RM198

1.2 TVs > 65 inches (elevated mounting)

  • Mandatory site survey within 48 business hours.
  • Minimum surcharge of RM660 covering:
    • Specialized lifting equipment
    • Enhanced technician labor
    • Elevated work insurance
    • Structural assessment

Note: Fees may vary by state or contractor. Final charges will be confirmed by Airbot’s local installation partner before scheduling.

2. Readjustment Fee

Applied during technician’s onsite visit:

  • Initial installation – Complimentary
  • First readjustment – Complimentary
  • Second readjustment – RM99

Note: Readjustments apply only to minor positioning changes on existing Airbot mounts. Major repositioning requires a new service order.

3. Re-Drilling & Repositioning Fee

Includes:

  • 1-Year Installation Warranty – covering bracket stability (excluding wall or customer modifications)
  • Damage Insurance – full product replacement for damage during repositioning (excluding pre-existing defects or weak wall structures)

Note: Final pricing may vary slightly by region depending on contractor and site conditions.

4. Onsite Support Fee

Beyond standard onsite warranty, Airbot offers extended onsite support starting from RM66 per item for after-sales services such as:

  • System upgrades
  • Configuration changes
  • Additional consultation
  • Requests outside standard installation scope

Fee includes: Technician labor, administration, express service premium, workmanship guarantee, and coordination with third-party installers.

Note: Service rates may vary by location and service provider.

5. Product & Installation Warranty
  • 3-year onsite warranty for Airbot Google TV products.
  • 1-year installation warranty for Airbot wall mount brackets.
  • Third-party brackets are excluded from Airbot installation warranty.
  • Customer is responsible for wall, surface, or product damage caused by bracket failure.
6. Privacy Protection & App Configuration

Airbot’s installation team assists with basic TV setup. For app-related issues (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video), please contact the respective app provider due to personal data protection regulations.

7. Staircase & Non-Standard Delivery Charges

Conditions:

  • Payable to delivery team before service begins.
  • Applies where elevator access is unavailable or restricted.
  • Includes insurance, specialized labor, and safety compliance.

Oversized Package Surcharge: Minimum RM660 when elevator access is not possible — covers equipment rental, labor crew, insurance, and crane coordination (if needed).

8. Delivery Rescheduling & Failed Attempt Fees

A minimum RM99 fee applies for:

  • Delivery rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment.
  • Failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable or premises inaccessible).

9. Refund Processing Fee

A RM99 per item refund processing fee applies to approved refund requests, deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Covers logistics, admin processing, and payment reversal charges.
  • Non-refundable: Delivery fees, vouchers, or promotional credits.
