Airbot Malaysia Warranty Terms & Conditions

A. Warranty Activation

The warranty is automatically activated upon shipment of your product and is valid only for items purchased directly from Airbot Malaysia or its authorized resellers and online channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).

B. What Our Warranty Covers
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Missing parts or components at delivery
  • Malfunction of key electronic components and motors
C. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Wear and Tear:

  • Natural degradation of batteries
  • Consumable or replaceable parts including HEPA filters, rollers, brushes, wheels, tubes, dust cups, or water tanks

Cosmetic Issues:

  • Scratches, dents, discoloration, or minor imperfections not affecting performance

External or Human Factors:

  • Misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
  • Damage due to pests, high humidity, salinity, or power surges
  • Fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Use for commercial or non-domestic purposes

Third-Party Intervention:

  • Damage caused by non-Airbot service providers
  • Transportation damage by customers
  • Customer-borne courier or delivery costs to the service center

Consequential Damages:

  • Any indirect or incidental loss arising from the inability to use the product
D. Warranty Service Terms
  • All products will be inspected by authorized Airbot Malaysia technicians. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the defective component will be repaired or replaced.
  • Once used, the product is not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to hygiene and activation reasons.
  • Airbot Malaysia reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is warranted.
  • Replacement parts may differ slightly in color or finish from the original components.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be presented for claim validation.
E. How to Claim Warranty
  • WhatsApp: +011 5758 8055 – Send a short video demonstrating the issue to our Warranty Support Team.
  • Pack the item securely with its original accessories.
  • Include your name, contact number, and order ID inside the parcel.
  • Ship or drop off the item at our Malaysia Service Center.

You will be contacted once the inspection and service are completed.

F. Inspection and Cleaning Fees
  • A minimum inspection fee of RM20 applies if no manufacturing fault is found.
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply for items returned in unsanitary condition, including:
    • Dust bins not emptied
    • Pet hair or fur buildup
    • Presence of insects or pests

H. Drop-off Policy

Customers may drop off defective units directly at the service center. Please ensure all accessories and proof of purchase are included.

Items shipped via courier must use a trackable delivery service to avoid loss or delay.

I. Limitations of Warranty
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Warranty coverage is voided if the product is tampered with, misused, or serviced by unauthorized parties.
  • Airbot Malaysia reserves the sole right to:
    • Evaluate the validity of any claim;
    • Decide on repair or replacement;
    • Terminate warranty coverage for misuse or negligence.
